Houston Industrial Surplus stands behind everything we sell.  We test what we can, and offer a warranty on every item we sell.  If a customer is dissatisfied with the performance of the item, it can be returned within 30 days.   We do require that the item be returned in the condition it was purchased, and if the item was sold new in box, we also require that the item be returned in its original factory packaging.  

Some of what we sell is used.  The upside to buying used is that you are earning a major discount over the cost of new.  Many times, this is the preferred option for our customers.  As you would expect, used items sometimes don't perform as expected.  Houston Industrial Surplus  offers refunds for returns on these items as well.  We do encourage customers to inspect used items carefully before they purchase to avoid any disappointment.
